Publishing my book is just around the corner. I’m attending the Willamette Writer’s Conference this weekend and will pitch my book to three agents. My fingers are crossed and I’m daring to let hope spring up in my heart. What if?
Last week I finished my book and got a couple copies printed for a final go-round. Once Upon a Convent may be within months of publishing. Though I’ve been at it for the past four years, it feels like mirage. Will it disappear into the void? I’ve also been entangled in deep emotional upheaval in my primary relationship for the past nine weeks and am now in the process of moving and buying my own house. So, in the midst of chaos, having come to this point in publishing my book makes me proud. Stay tuned. The book WILL come out.
